As these are digital products provided via instant download (electronic), we inform the customer that, pursuant to art. 59, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

Once the download link has been generated and sent to the customer's email, the service is considered fully executed and the product cannot be "returned."

However, our customers' satisfaction is our absolute priority. If you experience technical problems opening the file, if you have not received the automatic download email, or if you find graphic errors in the download, please contact our support immediately at thepastrylabsupport@gmail.com. We will manually resolve the issue by sending you a new access link within a few hours.
